Vegetable CSA Program
A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a way for small farmers to directly market their produce to the community. The community, in turn, directly supports its local farmers by purchasing an annual share of the farm´s produce.
We like our food plain and simple. Our goal at Diversity Farm is to produce fresh, nutrient dense, chemical free vegetables using traditional agricultural methods that nourishes both people and the land. We are a small Amish family farm located on approximately 80 acres in Morley, MI. We are happy to announce we have been offering CSA shares since 2005! Our Vegetable CSA members pay for a full season of produce, approximately 20 weeks. Members can choose either a full share or a half share. The full share weekly basket will adequately feed a family of 4 or a single hearty vegetarian couple. Shares may be picked up at Ryan's House in Grand Rapids (GR), LeeAnn’s Flowers and Vegetables in Big Rapids (BR) or directly at Diversity Farm. CSA Applications are accepted February through April each year and your first basket will come in mid-June. |
