Berkshire Pork is available December-March and is offered by the half or whole. Pigs receive lots of scraps, milk, whey, some corn, and whatever else they can dig up. Berkshires are a heritage breed.
2018 Pricing based on hanging weight: $2.75/lb.
All butchering is done directly on the farm by Atlee Yoder. Some processing fees will apply if smoked and cured items are ordered (hams, bacon, hocks, etc.). Smoking and curing is done by another community member.
